Ingredients

extra virgin olive oil

lemon, juiced

raw honey

chopped garlic
salt and pepper to taste

dandelion leaves
rinsed, dried, roughly chopped
a few dandelion flowers
rinsed, air-dried
orange peel
optional for garnish
Instructions
For the dressing whisk the oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
Place the dandelion greens in a bowl add the dressing toss to combine. Garnish with orange peel and flowers.
