Half a pig


Purchasing half a pig is a great solution when you want a customized, smoked pig but don’t have the freezer space for the whole animal. The Half pig option is a great way to stock up and save.

Pork is a great source of such vitamins and minerals as phosphorus, selenium, and thiamine. Pork is actually richer in thiamine, a B vitamin that is necessary for a range of bodily functions, than other red meats such as beef and lamb.
